We conclude a processor agreement with each of these parties.

In certain cases, we use service providers-processors located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In that case, we ensure that this party complies with the protection requirements as imposed by the applicable legislation. We work with service providers outside the EEA located in countries that the European Commission has judged to offer a sufficient level of protection (such as Switzerland and the United Kingdom). Where the European Commission has not made such a decision, we always check whether sufficient appropriate safeguards are provided (including the conclusion of the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission).
