For their flagship event at Brussels Airport’s Skyhall, they needed a seamless, scalable way to guide over 1300 attendees — from ticketing to final networking moments.

Challenge
Agoria wanted to share personalised ticket info, agenda updates, speaker context and room logistics — all in real time, without relying on print-outs or email.
They also needed a clear view of all conversations, with the ability to detect when manual follow-up was required.
Solution
Get In Touch became the central WhatsApp communication tool. Using an API connection with Agoria’s ticketing system, personalised access links were shared directly via WhatsApp.
