To support the crowd with practical information — without overwhelming the communication team — Nerdland looked for a smart, scalable solution.

Challenge
From questions about schedules and speakers to directions, accessibility and weather updates, the info demand was massive.
The goal was to deploy a conversational assistant that could handle real-time questions, reduce repetitive workload and still feel personal.
Solution
