NOA community
NOA is a fast-growing, community-driven network for entrepreneurs. To support both their events and long-term member communication, they needed a flexible, reliable and scalable channel — beyond email or Slack.
During their full-day Scale-Up Marathon, NOA wanted to deliver real-time updates, speaker announcements and 1-on-1 reminders to all attendees, directly on WhatsApp.

Challenge
The NOA team needed to coordinate with over 100 members, share up-to-date information during a dynamic event and respond to individual questions — all without overwhelming their staff.
They also wanted to build in long-term engagement beyond events, with a structured flow for follow-ups, content and onboarding of new members.
