NOA moved to WhatsApp to handle the logistics of their Scale-Up Marathon. They needed to deliver instant updates, speaker announcements and 1-on-1 reminders to their guests.
Challenge
To support 100+ entrepreneurs, NOA needed to automate event info and responses. Their goal was to move beyond manual coordination to a structured system for follow-ups, onboarding, and consistent member outreach.
Solution
NOA now manages its community through a single WhatsApp hub. From real-time speaker updates during events to automated onboarding for new members. Outside of the event, we replaced manual coordination with two automated WhatsApp assistants.
